Wendy’s role with Animal Aid is to highlight the impact that animal products have on the environment.

The recent UN report “Livestock’s Long Shadow” showed that the livestock industry contributes more to climate change then the entire global transport sector combined, that’s planes, boats cars…everything!

The report also found the livestock industry to be “one of the top two or three most significant contributors to the most serious environmental problems, at every scale from local to global." So if you want to be green then eat green!
